For agencies
Refer renovation work. Get paid for it.
If you let or manage property in Malta, you already get asked to recommend someone — and you already know how that goes when it doesn't work out.
Send it to us instead. We pay commission on completed work, and your landlord gets a fixed price, a real date, and a 3D tour they can check from abroad. It reflects on you, so we treat it that way.
.01
15% of completed work value, paid within 14 days of completion
.02
Your client stays yours. We don't market to them.
.03
A named contact and agreed response times you can quote to your landlords
