So we built the company we wanted to hire.

Apex came out of a property management company. Managing rentals in Malta means dealing with contractors every week, and the same thing kept happening: the good ones were impossible to book, and the available ones didn't quote, didn't turn up, and went quiet halfway through.

So we built the company we wanted to hire. One permanent crew instead of a different subcontractor every time. Written quotes. Real dates. Someone who answers the phone in English. And a 3D scan of every job, because most of our clients are watching from another country.
