We scan every project in 3D — before we start, at the key stages, and when it's finished. You get a link. You open it on your phone in London or Milan and walk through your own apartment, look at any wall, measure anything, and see exactly where the work has got to.
It also means the before-and-after is real. Not two photos from different angles, but the same space, walkable, then and now.
What we renovate

Full refit from strip-out to finished room. Tiling, plumbing, sanitary ware, lighting, waterproofing.
Kitchens
Installation, and bespoke kitchens made to measure in Sicily by a manufacturer we work with directly.
Whole apartments
Full renovation between tenancies, before a sale, or before a property goes onto the short-let market.

Need a designer or an architect?
If your project needs a design or planning permission, we bring in an interior designer or a warranted perit and add their fee to the quote. You don't have to find them, brief them, or chase them. One contract, one point of contact, one invoice.
Questions
A standard bathroom refit takes 7 to 10 working days from strip-out to finished room. You get a start and finish date in the quote, before anything begins.
